WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS OF BEYRAN SOUP?
The ingredients needed to make Beyran soup are as follows;
1 kg lamb on the bone (neck and shank)
2 liters of water (to boil the lamb)
1 cup of rice
1 teaspoon of salt
5 cloves of garlic
2 spoons of red pepper
1 teaspoon of black pepper
BEYRAN SOUP RECIPE!
The lamb is cooked over medium heat. As the meat cooks, foam will form in the water you put in it. Remove these foams from the pot with the help of a strainer.
Simmer the meat for at least 3 hours, 6-8 hours. Soak the rice and cook after soaking.
When the meat is cooked, shred it and add it to the water left in the pot. When serving, put the rice and shredded lamb between the bowls. Add the crushed garlic and peppers. Pour in the broth. Enjoy your meal.
