1 egg yolk
4 spoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
1 package of vanilla
1 box of labneh cheese
1 spoonful of instant coffee
1 cup of hot water
1 spoonful of sugar
HOW TO MAKE TIRAMISU?
First, let’s prepare the biscuit. For that; Beat the egg and sugar in a deep bowl until foamy.
Add the salt, cocoa, flour and baking powder in order and continue to beat.
When it has a homogeneous consistency, pour it into the fixed mold by putting oil paper and cook it in a controlled way in the oven at 180 degrees.
On the other hand, start preparing the cream. For the cream, first cook by mixing the milk, eggs, flour and sugar.
When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and wait for it to warm up a bit.
Mix in the vanilla and labneh cheese with a wooden spoon.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Dissolve sugar and instant coffee in water.
Cut the biscuit crosswise into two parts. Place the bottom on the serving plate and wet it with instant coffee.
Pour in half of the cream and place on top.
Wet it with instant coffee and spread the rest of the cream evenly.
This must be done quickly because the cream solidifies quickly.
Refrigerate overnight and serve with cocoa sprinkled on top.
