6 square puff pastry dough

For the cream:

2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of starch
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of normal oil
1 package of vanilla

For the sauce:

2 glasses of water
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 spoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour

To decorate:

Cut the puff pastry dough into square pieces.

Put the dough on a tray lined with baking paper and put it in the oven.

When the puff pastry is cooked, remove the tray from the oven.

For the pudding, put the milk, sugar, flour, egg yolk and starch in a saucepan and mix well.

Then put the pot on the fire and cook the pudding until it thickens.

When the consistency of your pudding thickens, add vanilla and regular oil, mix and remove from heat.

Put all the ingredients of the chocolate sauce in the pot. Stir until boiling. When it reaches the desired consistency, remove it from the heat. If the sauce is liquid, bring it to a boil and add 1 or 2 teaspoons of starch and a little water. Remove from heat when it thickens.

Take a piece of puff pastry. Put the pudding in the middle. Cover it with another piece.

Do the same with the rest of the puff pastry dough.

Finally, place the puff pastry on a serving plate.

Pour the chocolate sauce on top and serve garnished with pistachios.
