We have a super recipe for those looking for a main course for dinner. With the Beyti wrap, you will enjoy your night tables. Here are all the details of this magnificent flavor in our news….
If you haven’t decided on dinner yet, you should definitely try our wrap couplet recipe, which we have carefully prepared for you. The wrap wall, which will get all the notes from both the home and your guests coming to your home, will also attract the eye with its elegant presentation. Here is the description of the wrap couplet with all its details;
For the meatballs;
½ kilo of medium-fat ground beef
1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
1 grated onion
2 cloves of garlic
Half a bunch of parsley
5 phyllo dough
4 tablespoons of melted butter
For the sauce;
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
1 tablespoon tomato paste (heaped)
2 cups of hot water
We start by preparing our meatballs to wrap the beyti in its legendary flavor. To do this, put the ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, black pepper, chili flakes, cumin and salt in a bowl. Knead our minced meat well and cover our bowl with cling film and let it rest in the cupboard. After shaping the rested meatballs with your hands, place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and place them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. While the meatballs are cooking, prepare the sauce in the meantime. To do this, put butter or margarine in a pan and melt it. Add the garlic and fry it.
THIS TASTE WILL EAT YOUR FINGERS
Then pour in the hot water, when it boils, remove it from the heat. We put our dough on our counter. Cut it in half and brush the melted butter on it with the help of a brush. We place the meatballs in the wide part of the dough and wrap it tightly in the form of a roll. Cut the roll we have obtained into 3 finger widths. We put them back on the baking tray and put them in the oven until they are golden. We remove our cooked wraps from the oven and arrange them on the serving plate. Pour the tomato sauce over it. We serve putting yogurt on the edge of the plate during the service.
Enjoy your meal…
