For the bread:

600 grams of flour
120 grams of butter
2 teaspoons of salt
220 milliliters of warm milk
150 milliliters of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
20 grams of fresh yeast
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of milk

For the meatballs:

500 grams of ground beef

tomato powder

For the sauce:


First, dissolve the yeast and sugar in 220 milliliters of warm milk and 150 milliliters of warm water. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead until you get a nice dough. Lightly flour your dough so it doesn’t stick to your hands. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it for 15 minutes in a warm place to ferment.

Roll the yeast dough into balls of your desired size. (With this measurement, you can get 7-10 meringues.) Roll the meringues in the palm of your hand and place them on the baking sheet. After resting for 5 minutes, press them down a bit and let them flatten. Cover and let it rest again for half an hour.

Mix the eggs, 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of milk and brush the dough. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Your bread will be cooked in 15-20 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool on a wire rack.

Meanwhile, mix and knead the ingredients for the meatballs. Press it with your hand, not too thick, to form a layer. Using a glass, cut rounds from the meatballs to the right size for the bread. Chill in the freezer for at least half an hour. Place it between breads that have been grilled or in a pan and cooled.
