2 teaspoons of salt
1 egg yolk
5 mushrooms
1 teaspoon of peas
1 teaspoon of corn
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 glasses of water
1 onion
1 grain of garlic
1 carrot
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 bay leaf
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of thyme

Bring the potatoes to the fire with plenty of water to boil.

Finely chop the onion and garlic, and the carrots and mushrooms.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and start to fry the onion.

Then add the garlic and carrot and continue to fry.

Add the minced meat and continue frying.

When the color of the minced meat turns brown, add the mushrooms.

Add the peas, corn and tomato paste and fry for a few more minutes.

Add salt and spices and mix.

Add the stock and warm water and cook to a sauce-like consistency.

Peel and mash the boiled potatoes into a puree.

Add the egg yolk, Parmesan, salt and pepper and mix.

Spread the minced meat in the bottom of a large baking dish.

Pour the puree over it and scrape it with a fork. (You can also use a pastry bag for a fancier presentation.)

After heating the oven to 180 degrees, put the food in the oven.

Bake for about half an hour until golden.

Cut and serve when out of the oven.

Enjoy your meal…
