For the aubergines;

5 eggplants

1 tablespoon of oil

half a teaspoon of salt

MANUFACTURE

We start by roasting our aubergines to prepare the legendary flavor geleli kebab, for this we make holes in the aubergines with a knife. Put the aubergines back on the fire or in the oven until they are soft.
