INGREDIENTS MADE PIPA AYVAL
- 4 glasses of flour
- 125 grams of butter
- 1 cup of starch
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- Half a teaspoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 package of vanilla
- 1 package of baking powder

- 4 quinces
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Peel and grate the quinces and put them in the pan.
Add granulated sugar, bring to a boil and cook over medium heat, stirring.

Open and place the large piece with the help of a rolling pin so that it fits inside the pastry case.
Spread the quince mixture over it.
Grate the dough in the freezer and distribute it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until golden.
When it has come out of the oven, let it cool and serve it with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
